As a Sales Executive, you'll lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients. Your responsibilities include guiding your team towards achieving sales goals through effective communication and coordination with clients, prospects, and internal support teams. You will also recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing ongoing performance feedback and coaching.

What you'll do: Responsibilities
  1. Grow Our Business While Growing Your Team's. Work within your assigned geography to close sales, win new business, and meet sales targets using planned resources.
  2. Lead Your Team. Provide direction, motivation, and support. Ensure all team members use Salesforce and follow compliance procedures.
  3. Recruit, hire, and train sales associates. Interview, motivate, and develop your team, providing continuous feedback and coaching.
  4. Represent ADP. Engage with customers, prospects, and the public through field visits, trade shows, and seminars. Stay updated on ADP products.
Required Qualifications
  • Sales Role Model. Successful B2B sales experience (2+ years), excellent client interaction, and presentation skills.
  • People Person and Coach. Ability to build relationships, motivate, and provide performance feedback.
  • Trusted Advisor. Integrity and reliability in commitments.
  • Expert Planner. Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

A college degree is preferred but not required. Alternative experience includes:

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales or sales management, OR
  • Military experience demonstrating discipline and problem-solving skills.

Compensation for this role ranges from $76,100 to $164,600 annually, with additional benefits and incentives. Some positions may include bonuses, equity, or commissions.
