Responsibilities

• Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse with industrial vacuums.
• Empty trash cans and waste containers.
• Clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
• Make minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems; contact tradespeople for major repairs.
• Perform minor appliance repairs.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting and drywall repair.
• Work with little supervision.
