Advantage Personnel Ltd. in Saint John, New Brunswick, seeks a dedicated Maintenance ResidentialWorker to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role runs 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with pay between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include crack filling, drywall repairs, operating sealing equipment, and general upkeep of properties and roadways. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work alone or with others, physically capable of lifting heavy

Qualifications

• Experience with crack filling required or preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors.
• Strict adherence to health and safety practices.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is preferred.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and overtime when required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
