Job summary

Advantage Personnel in Saint John, NB, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team. The position involves crack filling, drywall repair, and general property maintenance across outdoor sites.

Applicants should be able to work independently or as part of a crew, follow safety procedures, and lift heavy materials. The role runs 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required and a pay rate of $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous crack filling experience preferred
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently

• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
