Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems as needed.
  • Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
  • Maintain and update records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Assist with cleaning and organizing work areas and maintenance supplies.
  • Report major repair or maintenance needs to supervisors and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and general upkeep of outdoor areas during seasonal changes.
  • Perform any other maintenance‑related tasks as assigned.

This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of buildings, facilities, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
