Job summary

Lloydminster Metis Housing Group Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform daily maintenance, handle work orders, and assist with preventative maintenance. You will work alongside a small team and report to the Manager and Senior Maintenance Worker.

The role requires reliability, initiative, and physical fitness. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, or general renovations is valued, with bondability and Metis knowledge considered a plus.

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of four others.
• Daily maintenance tasks.
• Process work orders as they come.
• Assist Senior Maintenance Worker with preventative maintenance identification.
• Report to the Manager and Senior Maintenance Worker.
• Complete maintenance tasks as required.
