Job summary

Brandt Development Ltd is seeking a Development Dispatcher in Regina, SK to coordinate internal staff and third-party vendors for repairs, maintenance, and new equipment installs. You will respond to building requests quickly, ensure work is done on scope and on time, and support Facility Managers with procurement and vendor management.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with experience in real estate or property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to compose service notifications and correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or dispatching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch internal facilities staff and third-party vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Manage work orders for assigned region in collaboration with Facility Manager.
• Create and issue purchase orders; coordinate between tenants and vendors as progress occurs.
• Maintain preventative and regulatory maintenance schedules and documentation.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• Support Facility Managers with PO approvals, vendor quotes, and new vendor set-up.
