Armco is seeking a reliable General Maintenance Worker to support day-to-day upkeep of the property in Mont-Tremblant. You will assist with apartment turnovers, perform repairs, and maintain common areas to create a clean and safe living environment for residents.

The role emphasizes physical work, basic tool use, and the ability to work independently within a team, with on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have physical ability for manual labour and maintenance tasks.
• Experience in building maintenance or general labour is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance of interior and exterior common areas.
• Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Manage garbage and recycling.
• Assist with apartment turnovers including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with seasonal duties including snow removal and landscaping.
• Move and install equipment, materials, and supplies as needed.
• Respond to basic resident service requests.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
