Job summary

Gestion Zagora is seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Regina, Saskatchewan. You will perform regular maintenance, diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and respond to urgent service requests to keep residences in top condition.

Ideal candidates will have drywall, plastering and painting experience, plus strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Experience with drywall installation, plastering, and painting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• HVAC experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general tasks.
• Respond promptly to urgent service requests to minimize resident inconvenience.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of parts.
• Ensure safety standards and local regulations are followed for a safe living environment.
• Identify and implement improvements to maintenance operations and resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate tasks with property managers, contractors, and team members.

We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Regina, Saskathcewan. You will play a key role as an essential contributor to our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment such as HVAC systems and appliances.
• Diagnose and perform repairs efficiently, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly and effectively to urgent service requests to minimize inconvenience for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and inventory of parts.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and local regulations to maintain a safe living environment.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize maintenance operations and enhance resident satisfaction.
• Work closely with property managers, contractors, and team members to ensure efficient coordination of tasks.
