Qualifications

• Minimum two years of related experience in building or systems maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices and building systems
• Experience using tools and equipment related to building maintenance and repair
• Working knowledge of computers and software for communication and documentation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform the duties of the role

Responsibilities

• Maintain Safe & Functional Spaces: perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs for buildings, grounds, and equipment; respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies; complete repairs related to plumbing, furniture, electrical, and mechanical systems; support the upkeep of resident and common areas to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
