Position Summary:
Concert Properties is continuing to grow in communities across Canada and we are looking for a talented professional to join the Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician! Reporting directly to the Community Manager or Resident Services Manager, this role provides support in maintaining and operating at our residential properties to a standard that enhances curb appeal and resident satisfaction. This is a full-time live-in position and requires a varied technical skill set and the ability to work under varied conditions while upholding Concert’s high customer service brand.
