Alba Appliance Group, a leading provider of appliance repair services in the GTA, is seeking a talented and experienced Appliance Technician to join our dynamic team. * Competitive Compensation: $28 - $30 per hour (commensurate with experience) + Pay per KM + Parking Allowance

What You'll Do:

* Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances, including:

* Washers (top-load, front-load, stackable)

* Dishwashers

* And other common household appliances

* Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly and professionally.

* Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including diagnoses, repairs, and parts used.

* Manage your daily schedule efficiently, ensuring timely arrival at appointments.

* Communicate effectively with dispatch, colleagues, and customers.

* Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and responsibly.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

What You'll Need:

* 1+ years of experience in appliance repair (preferred). We will consider highly motivated apprentices with relevant training.

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.

* Ability to use mobile technology for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.

* Ability to lift and move appliances safely.

* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

* EPA certification (an asset).
