Premier Tech is seeking a Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Worker in St-Isidore to perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities. You will support the production team, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and assist with inventory to keep maintenance on track.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in maintenance, can read schematics, and are bilingual in French and English. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a maintenance or trades role in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfort working with mechanical systems such as conveyors, pumps, motors and basic electrical components.
• Troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical components.
• Ability to read schematics as an asset.
• A team player who works well in a fast-moving environment.
• Language skills: bilinguals in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Support the production team by ensuring equipment is running smoothly on a daily basis.
• Assist with parts and supply inventory to keep maintenance operations on track.
• Help identify and report equipment issues to improve uptime and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment at all times.
