Job summary
ID Technology Canada is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Associate to support production operations through proactive maintenance and facility upkeep. You’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance, inspect facilities, troubleshoot equipment, and assist with scheduling under supervision.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical diploma in maintenance, electrical, or related field.
- Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct facility inspections and general building maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Perform minor electrical repairs.
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling with supervisor.
- Complete other related duties as required.
