Job summary

QuadReal Residential Properties G.P. Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support preventative and unscheduled maintenance and safety initiatives. The role is based primarily at Lakeview Mews with occasional travel to other QuadReal properties.

The incumbent will maintain building systems, perform inspections, coordinate trades, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards across properties, delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Two years of related general maintenance experience.
• High school diploma with post-secondary courses or certification.
• Awareness of occupational health and safety practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and supervisors, both oral and written.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and Work Order App is beneficial.
• Availability for Emergency response and on-call duty.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of building mechanical systems (pumps, life safety, HVAC, pools).
• Perform scheduled, preventative, routine and emergency maintenance as directed.
• Conduct daily site inspections and document findings.
• Inspect vacant suites and complete make-ready activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment and inventories.
• Coordinate and supervise trades work when necessary.
• Maintain maintenance records using Yardi Voyager.
