What You Do

• Perform a variety of maintenance and construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall, HVAC preventive maintenance, painting, and minor plumbing.
• Address guest needs such as electronic equipment, plumbing, lighting, and lock access.
• Collaborate with our IT team to ensure systems are maintained and functioning.
• Assist management with preventive maintenance tasks like winterization, painting, power washing, steam cleaning, plumbing, curb and fence repairs, and furniture upkeep.
• Follow safety standards and champion our safety programs.
• Help maintain gardens, landscaping, and building exteriors.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance with contractors as per service agreements.

What You Need

• No experience required; entry-level role.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Must have a driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
• Willingness to learn about major equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols.
