Job summary
Mainstreet Equity Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential multi-family properties. The role covers on-site maintenance tasks within assigned locations, ensuring safety, comfort and reliability for residents.
You will handle routine repairs, coordinate with property management, and maintain common areas and systems. This position offers a competitive wage along with a car allowance and comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, health and wellness coverage
