Job summary

Triumbari Corp. in Bolton, Ontario, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on blow molding machines and support facility upkeep.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and a solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. You will contribute to safety, logs, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting flexible shifts as needed in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with blow molding machines (e.g., Sidel, Bekum, Kautex, or similar).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts or weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance checks and minor repairs on blow molding machines (hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems).
• Support troubleshooting and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Assist with mold changes and machine setups as required.
• Carry out general facility maintenance (lighting, plumbing, HVAC support, basic carpentry).
• Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in the maintenance area.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of blow molding machines as well as general facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of practical experience working with blow molding or similar machinery and demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude.
