Job summary

Discovery Kidd is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance workforce and ensure safe, efficient operations at our mineral processing facility in Timmins, Ontario.

You will develop and manage preventive maintenance, coordinating resources, troubleshooting equipment, and controlling maintenance costs to meet asset availability targets while upholding our safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or licensed Industrial Millwright with extensive plant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and supervise the maintenance workforce to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Establish a safe, transparent culture and meet asset availability targets.
• Develop and maintain the plant preventive maintenance program and schedule resources.
• Troubleshoot equipment and determine corrective actions with internal/external resources.
• Control maintenance costs to align with budget.
