Job summary

Ford of Canada is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at the Windsor Engine Plant/Essex Engine Plant to lead an hourly team, drive safety, and optimize daily operations in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

You will shape culture, ensure quality and efficiency, manage performance, and develop your team. The role requires supervisory experience and PLC knowledge, with rotating shifts including nights and weekends; salary range is $85,000–$135,000 per year with a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-7+ years supervisory/manufacturing experience.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team to meet safety and quality targets.
• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations.
• Drive operational excellence and productivity to meet production targets.
• Allocate resources and solve problems with bias for action.
• Develop and mentor team, foster collaboration and growth.
