As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will focus on implementing and monitoring safety guidelines, providing learning opportunities for your team, managing schedules, and collaborating across all organizational levels to achieve business goals. Your role involves driving service business operations, fostering a positive safety and quality culture, and ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements include at least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience, supervisory experience—preferably leading union-represented teams—and a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. A Trade or University degree in a related field, CEIP training, or elevator experience is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $101,700 to $139,800, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location.
