Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and monitor safety guidelines to ensure team safety.
  2. Provide learning opportunities and support for your team.
  3. Manage schedules and oversee team performance.
  4. Collaborate across organizational levels to meet business goals.
  5. Leverage new technologies to improve service delivery.
  6. Drive service business operations within your territory.
  7. Promote a positive culture focused on safety and quality to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable results.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience and supervisory experience, preferably leading a union workforce.
  • Trade or University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • CEIP training and elevator experience are assets.
