You will be responsible for the creation of process orders, managing and executing orders for Bulk & Raw ingredient materials for the plant, and maintaining floor & system inventory accuracy. Through this, you will provide an uninterrupted supply of materials for the manufacturing process while preventing waste and following all policies and procedures of the company.
How you will contribute
You will :
- Work effectively with internal (production & supply planning teams, procurement, plant warehouse & logistics teams, plant BD-business development, and other multi-functional resources) & external stakeholders (suppliers, transportation, vendors, etc.) to ensure a consistent and reliable supply of materials for production use in accordance with our standards, procedures, and protocols. Proactively and timely report any production or vendor/shipping/carrier issues, and coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and planning teams to prevent or mitigate business impact and adjust production/delivery schedules as needed.
- Execute MRPs (Material Requirement Planning systems), define & maintain boundaries and parameters, manage materials call-offs processes; handle raw & packing materials (RM/PM) and finished product supply chain setup for new products in collaboration with BD; monitor vendor conformance to schedule; build capability on SAP planning systems; manage inventory for RM & PM and finished products according to KPI targets; participate in Plant DMS and support IBP preparation & dashboard completion; adhere to manufacturing compliance and governance standards.
- Adopt IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) principles and standard work processes; own one or more pillar systems/processes at the site/area level; actively participate in supply network activities; lead systems and projects to drive supply chain loss analysis and elimination; work on enhancing supply network capabilities to drive value and eliminate losses.

- Relevant experience in material planning, demand planning, inventory management & handling, purchasing, and/or forecasting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (SAP).

- You will use CMMS to plan maintenance work, manage work requests, PMI, and work orders; monitor KPIs; update standard work; and ensure proper usage of CMMS by tradespeople.
- You will schedule and complete preventive maintenance (PM) plans timely, ensure compliance with KPIs, and track inspections and routines.
- You will actively participate in safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
- You will plan maintenance activities considering safety, food safety, and resource constraints, analyzing potential impacts.
- You will develop effective weekly maintenance schedules, coordinate with production and engineering teams, and ensure proper parts and consumables are included in job plans.
- You will support technical store management, ensure food safety and GMP compliance, and develop equipment history and BOMs using IL6S principles.
- You will manage overhaul and turnaround master plans, oversee mechanic hours, and perform other duties as assigned.
- You will respond to after-hours calls and collaborate with HR and maintenance teams.
Education / Certifications :
Technical College Degree (preferred)
Job specific requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
