Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent plus an approved apprenticeship in industrial mechanics.
• 433A Red Seal Millwright certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Modify, install, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment for optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement solutions using mechanics, fitting, welding, and machining skills.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs per established standards.
• Use CMMS to manage and document work orders.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Oversee maintenance activities and ensure safety and quality.
