Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized apprenticeship program in industrial mechanics or a related field.
433A Industrial Millwright (Red Seal) certification is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Modify, install, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment for optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions using mechanics, fitting, plumbing, welding, metalworking, machining, and analytical problem-solving.
Execute preventive maintenance programs per established standards.
Utilize CMMS to manage and document work orders.
