Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in environmental services or maintenance, preferably in senior living.
• Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
• Understanding of PPE and IPAC protocols.

Role Overview: Maintenance Manager

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in environmental services or maintenance, preferably in senior living
• Leadership experience, preferably in unionized settings
• Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, emergency systems)
• Experience in housekeeping, laundry, maintenance preferred
• Understanding of PPE and IPAC protocols
• Certification in facility management or trades license
• JHSC certification or willingness to obtain
• Working at heights certification or willingness to obtain
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to provide a recent Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
