Job Title: Maintenance Technician Supervisor

Reports To: Plant Manager

Summary: Responsible for general facility and equipment maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
2. Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, ensuring effective scheduling, resource allocation, and task completion. This includes mentoring, training, and evaluating team members.
3. Manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
4. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and equipment performance.
5. Handle emergency situations or after-hours calls for repair and maintenance responsibly.
6. Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment to meet daily shift requirements and achieve safety, quality, value, and cost results.
7. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
8. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on equipment.
9. Perform equipment installation support functions and changeovers as needed.
