Clean Harbors is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to join our team in Corunna, Ontario. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will oversee the management of a maintenance organizational unit, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing daily operations. Responsibilities also include managing profit and loss, human resources, recruitment, maintenance, accounting, administration, and public relations functions.

The manager must also ensure compliance with all relevant human resources, safety, health, and environmental policies, laws, and regulations, including SOPs, APs, personnel manual, OSHA, EPA, and DOT.
Key performance indicators include meeting regional goals and expectations, providing performance management for direct reports, overseeing major repairs, developing internal relationships to enhance services and asset lifecycle, and fostering collaboration across departments such as safety, transportation compliance, HR, fleet operations, and sales.
Qualifications include 2-4 years of operations experience in logistics, maintenance, transportation, or related fields, preferably with heavy-duty fleet experience. Leadership experience, strategic planning, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in safety, employee retention, and cost savings are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. The candidate should be results-driven, customer-focused, and an effective communicator.
