Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of high-quality insurance brokerage services.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support sales and marketing efforts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and markets.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, work with policies with higher limits, number of exposures, and customization.
• Negotiate insurance terms, execute market strategies, and suggest alternative structures.
• Organize and maintain a calendar of renewals and expiries.
• Oversee billings and payment collections to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Possession of RIBO licence (Level 1 or Level 2).
• Minimum of 3 years' broking experience.
• Construction broking experience is an asset.
• Completed or actively pursuing the CIP designation.
• Sales-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
