Job summary

The Town of Borden-Carleton is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility operations at our arena and industrial facility. You will manage maintenance, supervise a small team, and coordinate repairs of machinery and electrical systems.

Ideal candidates have a secondary school diploma (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong organizational and leadership skills. This on-site role offers permanent full-time employment with health benefits.
