A leading company is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee preventive maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role involves planning renovations, executing repairs, and fostering a safety culture within the organization. Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance coordination, strong analytical skills, and be bilingual in English and French.
The Maintenance Coordinator for the Kruger Head Office is responsible for the coordination and execution of preventive maintenance tasks and inspection schedules, building renovations, repairs, and exterior maintenance support. The role includes managing scheduled on-site contractor work and ensuring compliance with health and safety programs. The Coordinator promotes a safety culture aligned with Company objectives.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of the Maintenance Coordinator is to support the Head Office building maintenance while ensuring safety standards meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
The Coordinator ensures that all preventive maintenance and inspections are completed on schedule, communicates and addresses corrective actions promptly, and participates in construction projects within approved budgets. They also support ongoing exterior and interior maintenance activities throughout the year.
In collaboration with the Health and Safety Committee, the Coordinator ensures compliance with safety programs by reporting incidents, updating documentation, communicating emergency plans, managing contractors and evacuations, and fostering a safety culture.
