A leading company in school transportation seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager in Montreal. This role involves overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing expert support to location managers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vehicle maintenance and strong leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Regional Maintenance Manager
Provides expert support to a smaller group of locations, Location Managers and Shop Managers on First Student standard maintenance operations. This support is in conjunction with guidance and support from the RMM. Provides annual detailed inspection of covered shops to support ongoing consistent improvement. Monitors location progress to lean action plans. Communicates and trains maintenance best practices.
