CIR REALTY Property Management is a trusted, locally rooted firm specializing in the management of residential investment properties across Calgary. We pride ourselves on proactive communication, high-quality service, and a team-first culture that supports both personal and professional growth.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of our property management division, supporting property managers, tenants, and owners by ensuring maintenance is handled efficiently, professionally, and with care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all maintenance requests and work orders
  • Provide keys or access as needed to properties for contractors
  • Communicate directly with property owners regarding required repairs, approvals, and updates
  • Retrieve and manage vendor quotes, ensuring accuracy and cost-efficiency
  • Schedule, track, and follow up on maintenance work to confirm completion
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance issues, vendor communications, and resolutions
  • Conduct on-site maintenance inspections and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed
  • Collaborate closely with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal staff as a central point of support

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of residential property maintenance and general building systems
  • Experience in property management, construction coordination, or related field preferred
  • Professional, solution-focused communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits
  • Proficient with email, Google Drive, and task-tracking systems
  • Must be comfortable working in the office full-time, with travel to properties as required
  • On-call rotation sharing amongst other staff
