Description: ATCO Frontec is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance (FM) Coordinator to join our ATCO Facility Solutions team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and capable of maximizing hands-on work with minimal backlog. Ensuring all documentation is audit-ready is essential.

The FM Coordinator will plan and schedule maintenance activities for assigned portfolios and support the Project Manager as needed. The role is based in Calgary or Edmonton, with occasional travel across Alberta.

Responsibilities:

• Update clients through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Manage and report on AWR.
• Coordinate contractors and related paperwork.
• Serve as the main contact for QC audits.
• Assign work orders for hard services and ensure timely completion.
• Forecast preventive maintenance and raise purchase orders for soft services.
• Conduct quality checks and log results.
• Collaborate on maintenance KPIs and optimize schedules.
• Close work orders and update records in CMMS and SharePoint.
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires.
• Audit inventory and engage trades for physical checks.
• Prepare reports for clients and management, and address concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Trades or related technical background with 5+ years of experience.
• At least 3 years in maintenance planning and scheduling in a commercial or light industrial setting.

Skills:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Office 365.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in teams.
• Experience with databases and electronic file management.
• Customer service orientation and results-driven attitude.
• Valid AB Class 5 driver’s license (non-GDL).
