Description: ATCO Frontec is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance (FM) Coordinator to join our ATCO Facility Solutions team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and capable of maximizing hands-on work with minimal backlog. Ensuring all documentation is audit-ready is essential.
The FM Coordinator will plan and schedule maintenance activities for assigned portfolios and support the Project Manager as needed. The role is based in Calgary or Edmonton, with occasional travel across Alberta.
