A leading mining company is seeking a Maintenance Clerk for the Musselwhite Mine in Ontario. The role involves providing administrative support to the Maintenance Department, including data entry in SAP and managing training schedules. Orla operates the Camino Rojo Oxide Gold Mine, a gold and silver open-pit heap leach mine, located in Zacatecas State, Central Mexico. This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes a large sulphide mineral endowment located beneath the oxide resources. We are also advancing permitting and development on our South Railroad
Project, a feasibility-stage, open-pit heap leach project located on the prolific Carlin trend in Nevada. This project is part our larger South Carlin Complex which includes a prospective land package. We recently acquired the Musselwhite Mine located in Northern Ontario on Lake Opapimiskan, a gold mine with more than 25 years of operating history. The addition of Musselwhite has allowed Orla to more than double our gold production and provide a strategic entry into a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction. The Musselwhite Mine is highly prospective with potential to expand resources and mine life for years to come.

Purpose
We are seeking reliable individuals who are looking to broaden their skill sets at Musselwhite to provide administrative support to our busy Maintenance Department. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.
Responsibilities include:
• Entering Maintenance information/data in SAP (CMMS)
• Occasional travel changes and for all Maintenance Personnel
• Perform general administrative duties as required
• Input and verify contractor month-end reports
• Manage the Maintenance departments training matrix and work schedules, vacation tracking
Education and Experience:
• Minimum Grade 12 education, or GED
• Minimum 2 years of clerical/administration experience
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Basic understanding of mining terminology and processes an asset
• Demonstrated client service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team of professionals
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
• Detail-oriented, and able to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to work with a diverse mix of cultures
• Ability to accurately multi-task in a high paced environment
• Maintain a positive attitude
Working Conditions
The schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day.
