Base pay range

Your Opportunity

The Maintenance Clerk at Due North provides administrative support to the maintenance department, managing records, scheduling repairs, and ensuring smooth operations.

This is an onsite position.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update maintenance records, logs, and reports.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and repairs.
• Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Assist in preparing maintenance budgets and tracking expenses.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors for services.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the maintenance management system.
• Assist with developing and implementing maintenance procedures and policies.
• Provide administrative support to the maintenance team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Experience with Hippo software.
• Previous experience in maintenance or administrative roles preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in refrigeration or similar equipment industry is beneficial.
