Maintenance Attendant – Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Vaudreuil-Dorion (QC)
Permanent full-time position /Weekday hours are 12pm to 8pm, and weekend hours are 10am to 6pm.
Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;

Being a Maintenance Attendant at Holiday Inn Express & Suites means:
- Performing housekeeping tasks in common areas and the breakfast room as directed by the supervisor (dusting, cleaning furniture, windows, floors, common area restrooms, and vacuuming carpets);
- Planning monthly repairs in rooms and common areas;
- Inspecting the premises daily and reporting technical needs to the supervisor;
- Performing minor repairs such as painting, plastering, etc.;
- Supporting workplace health and safety by assisting the supervisor in various tasks;
- Managing inventory of materials, products, and supplies needed for recurring repairs and ensuring they remain secure;
- Assisting management with special projects or changes;
- Performing necessary maintenance to ensure proper pool operation;
- Helping with breakfast service depending on occupancy levels;
- Responding to housekeeping service calls;
- Maintaining administrative offices;
- Reporting maintenance needs to management and carrying out minor repairs within their skill set;
- Adhering to all hygiene and safety policies when handling products and equipment;
- Performing outdoor maintenance tasks based on the season;
- Setting up meeting rooms according to client needs;
- Handling guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring management is informed;
- Distributing linens to designated areas.
