Job summary

ID Technology Canada is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support production operations through proactive maintenance and facility upkeep.

You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines, conduct inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate schedules with your supervisor. A forklift operator and a technical background support success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical diploma in maintenance, electrical, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Experience operating a forklift and performing basic electrical repairs.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
• Good attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• High school diploma or technical diploma in maintenance, electrical, or related field
• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating a forklift
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70+ lbs occasionally
• Frequent bending, twisting, and standing

The regular workweek is forty (40) hours, Monday to Friday; however, hours may vary and include evenings or weekends based on production demands and emergency situations.
