Job summary

Electromega Ltée/Ltd is seeking an Automated Systems Technician to install, diagnose, repair and optimize high‑tech electronic, IT, and mechanical equipment for clients. You will respond to service calls, perform on-site interventions, diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical and IT domains, and provide remote support where needed.

You will train customers, document interventions, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations with occasional regional travel.

In this role, you will work directly with our clients to install, diagnose, repair, and optimize high-tech electronic, IT, and mechanical equipment. Desired Profile

Strengths

• Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience in traffic control and IMSA detection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Language Requirements

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written. written communication skills.

Knowledge of English is required as the incumbent will communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners located outside of Quebec, as well as consult technical documentation, equipment manuals, and software available only in English as part of their duties.
