Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support multiple mixed-use industrial sites in Drummondville, Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa. You will perform preventative maintenance across office, warehouse, and light manufacturing environments, with emphasis on HVAC, lighting, basic repairs, and fire safety equipment.

You will coordinate with vendors, escort them onsite, and align work with production schedules while managing work orders in a CMMS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience using a CMMS to manage work orders and service requests.
• HVAC, light plumbing and basic repair skills.
• Strong coordination and communication with vendors and site teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel between Drummondville, Montreal, Quebec City, and Ottawa.
• Bilingual in French and English for client-facing environments.

This Mobile Maintenance Technician supports multiple mixed use industrial sites, performing preventative maintenance across office, warehouse, and light manufacturing environments. The role is heavily focused on routine facility upkeep, including HVAC, light plumbing, fire safety equipment, and general repairs such as lighting. The technician travels between sites in Drummondville, Montreal, and periodically Quebec City and Ottawa, ensuring buildings remain operational and compliant. A key part of the role involves coordinating with vendors, escorting them onsite, and aligning work with production and facility schedules. The technician also manages work orders through a CMMS, ensuring timely completion and clear communication with stakeholders. Being bi-lingual in English and French is an essential skillset for this position.
