• Conduct minor maintenance to keep machines in working order.
• Provide feedback on machine efficiency and suggest improvements.

Job Summary

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC and/or manual machines. You'll interpret blueprints, follow technical specifications, and work independently to ensure production targets are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Training & Schedule

• Training on day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• After training, transition to night shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
• Training duration depends on performance and ability to master key tasks
