• Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday or continental rotation options

• Pre-Start Checks: Perform daily equipment inspections and verify safety interlocks.
• Maintenance & Lubrication: Execute routine servicing and daily lubrication to keep machines running smoothly.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret production drawings, blueprints, and software sketches accurately.
• Production Setup: Configure precise machine settings and manage raw material feeds.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly clear jams and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience: 1+ years running production, fabrication, or batch-making machinery
• Location: Based within 50 km of Milton, ON
• Technical Skills: Ability to read basic blueprints and use MS Office
• Attributes: Strong safety mindset with proven success multitasking in fast-paced setups
