Job summary

Randstad Canada is recruiting a Production Worker in Mississauga for a leading manufacturing client. You will operate and monitor basic manufacturing equipment, load materials, and ensure quality on the line.

The role starts with morning onboarding 7:00-3:00, then moves to afternoon or night shifts (3:00-11:00 or 23:00-07:00), with some morning coverage during vacations. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Outstanding reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a warm industrial work area.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to ask questions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into machines and carefully unload finished parts.
• Perform basic visual quality checks to make sure items meet specs.
• Package finished products according to instructions and complete basic shift logs.

Title : Production worker

Shift Schedule & Training

• Initial Onboarding: Your first 3 to 5 business days will be on the morning shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) for training and orientation.
• Ongoing Shifts: After training, you will move to full-time afternoon shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) or night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), with occasional morning shifts available for vacation coverage.

Salary : $19:00 per hour
