What You'll Be Doing

The main activity in this department is the packaging of the ingredients per our different recipes specifications, into their appropriate plastic packaging.

Set up, operate, and maintain portioning/slicing and packaging equipment safely, efficiently, and in compliance with recipe specifications and production requirements.

You will be working your shift in an area where the temperature is maintained between 0-4 degrees Celsius.

You will prepare and package food items according to weekly recipe specifications with the use and operation of specific single use packaging portioning machines.

You will be required to set up and maintain all types of packaging machines and cutting machines in safe, clean and good operating condition.

You will be required to work in a safe manner and to assist in maintaining a clean, healthy, food-safe production facility.

This position involves frequent bending and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as part of the essential duties.

The role includes end-of-shift cleanup and the proper staging of finished products.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or high-paced environment preferred.

Able to work in a high-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines.

Comfortable working in a temperature controlled environment. The warehouse is kept at between 0 to 10 degrees Celsius.

Able to stand on your feet for 8 hour shifts with frequent bending and lifting

Ability to lift objects up to 40 lbs. (18 kg)

What You Can Expect

Hourly Wage: $21.24/hour

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
