Job summary

Soprema in Ontario is seeking a Machine Operator to oversee the smooth running of the production line, ensure quality and productivity, and support safe, efficient manufacturing.

Under the supervision of the Production Manager, you will adjust equipment, inspect, enter data into ERP, and perform first-level maintenance while collaborating across teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 years as a Machine Operator in manufacturing.
• Team leadership is a plus and asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive the manufacturing process, correct defects and ensure productivity.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in a Team Leader position (An asset).
