Job summary

TalentWorld is hiring a Machine Operator in Guelph, ON to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will read orders and blueprints, operate and monitor machinery, adjust feed and speed, and record production data for quality control.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical training preferred), ability to read schematics, basic math, and strong attention to safety and reliability. Shift is 12-hour rotations; pay is $19.50/hr plus shift premiums; transit access is available.
