Job summary

Mississauga-based manufacturer is looking for a full-time Machine Operator to join the team. Training on days (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) with a planned transition to afternoon shifts, the role offers $24.00 per hour plus a shift premium and a solid benefits package.

You will operate, adjust and troubleshoot production machines, perform quality checks, and work with the team to meet production goals while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of machine operating experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Able to complete training on days and transition to nights.

Shift Details

• Start on Day Shift (Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) for training
• Move to Afternoon Shift (2:30pm - 11:30pm) after training
