Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in a prestige cosmetic store in Alberta.

You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized service to meet sales and customer service targets. You will apply your flair for retail and cash handling to perform essential start and end of day procedures, with rotating opening/closing shifts and opportunities for long-term growth

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets.
• Cash handling and opening/closing duties on a rota basis (desirable).

You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

Qualifications
