Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service in our Alberta store.

You will model best-in-class sales behaviors, coach the team, and ensure personalized service that meets sales and service targets. You will also handle essential cash reconciliation and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties desirable.
• Supervisory/ coaching experience desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
