Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking freelance in-store sales associates in Canada to provide makeup application, skincare, hair or fragrance consultations and create a welcoming, inspirational customer experience.

You will work with a high-performing team on in-store events and ensure compelling visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, amateur welcome if can show creative and technical expertise.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.
